The Newport Rotary Club presented scholarships at the recent 75thAnnual Rotary Northeast Music Festival held at North Country Union High School. (L-R) William Gardyne, Newport Rotarian and Music Festival Chair presented the scholarships to: Kari Cochran of St. Johnsbury Academy, Grace Castle of North Country Union High School, and Emma MacDonald of Lamoille Union High School. Missing from this photograph is Isaac Chaput of North Country Union High School who also received a scholarship.
